Returns

If a piece is not right, we will make it so.

Unused pieces in their original condition and packaging may be returned within fourteen days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

How to return

  • Write to our concierge with your order number to begin.
  • We will confirm the return address and, within the UAE, arrange collection.
  • Pack the piece with its dust bag and any brass fittings, as received.

Condition

Pieces must be unused, unmarked and complete. Leather marks, scent or signs of wear mean we cannot accept a return. We inspect each piece on arrival.

What cannot be returned

  • Personalised or monogrammed pieces.
  • Made-to-order commissions.
  • Care products, once opened.

Exchanges

To exchange for another piece or size, note this when you write to us. Where there is a difference in price we will arrange it discreetly.
