The terms on which we offer our pieces.
By using this store and placing an order you agree to these terms. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy, Shipping, Returns and Refund policies.
Our pieces
Each piece is made from natural materials by hand. Grain, tone and small marks vary from one piece to the next; this is the nature of vegetable-tanned leather, not a fault. Photographs are a faithful guide, not an exact likeness.
Orders
An order is an offer to buy. We confirm it by email once accepted. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a piece is no longer available or an error in price or description is found, and will refund any payment in full.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in UAE Dirham (AED) and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. Payment is taken at checkout through our secure providers.
Made-to-order and personalisation
Made-to-order and personalised pieces are begun on your instruction and cannot be cancelled or returned once work has started, save where a piece is faulty.
Intellectual property
The Aether name, crest, images and words on this site are ours and may not be used without our written permission.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under UAE consumer law. Beyond that, our responsibility is limited to the value of the piece you purchased.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction.
